Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Underwriter - Group
Medicare.
Key Responsibilities:
Compute rates for renewing and prospective group accounts for
medical and pharmacy
Prepare rating for small to mid-size accounts and financial reports
for groups offering retirement benefits to Medicare eligible
members
Provide rationale and support to other areas within the
organization and clients regarding rate computations and financial
activity
Required Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of risk pool management
Basic knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on
improving consumer experiences
