This role is crucial for overseeing the risk management strategy within the asset management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact our portfolio offerings. You will be leading a team dedicated to ensuring all compliance standards are met and adapting to new threats in a dynamic financial landscape. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to asset management. Oversee risk assessment processes to identify and evaluate business risks affecting investment products. Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Manage and update risk management policies and procedures as regulatory environments evolve. Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management with company-wide processes. Prepare reports and present risk analysis results to senior stakeholders and management. Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals.
