Job Description:
Posting Summary Join the Office of Medical Student Admissions at
the Larner College of Medicine and play a key role in the medical
student admission process. As the first point of contact for
prospective students, you’ll guide applicants through the
admissions process, provide clear information on requirements, and
ensure a welcoming and professional experience. You’ll coordinate
signature admissions events including Interview Day, Closer Look
Day, and on-campus recruitment while also managing application
screenings and communications. This role is ideal for someone who
is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support students as
they pursue their path to medical school. Desirable Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree, higher education experience. Other Information
Saturdays may be required on 2 – 4 occasions annually for Interview
