Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hub Maintenance Manager MX to join our team, fostering a culture of sustainability and safety. This role is pivotal in maintaining our suite of advanced equipment and facilities dedicated to hazardous waste management and emergency response services. The ideal candidate will oversee the overall maintenance and efficiency of our Mexican hub operations, ensuring they meet both our high standards and compliance requirements. Lead the maintenance team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to company standards and regulations. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Collaborate with other department managers to optimize operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration of maintenance services. Manage budgets and forecasts for the maintenance department, ensuring resources are used effectively to reduce downtime and maximize productivity. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations and safety standards. Develop training programs for maintenance personnel to enhance skills and ensure compliance with the latest industry practices. Analyze maintenance data and create reports on performance metrics, presenting findings to senior management and suggesting improvements. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards related to hazardous waste management Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Spanish Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification
