Representative to join our Portsmouth team. In this role, you'll
foster strong client relationships and achieve outstanding results

training program. As an AT&T Customer Service Representative,
be prepared to: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in
a friendly and efficient manner. Deliver excellent customer service
by leveraging knowledge acquired through internal training and
support systems. Cultivate lasting professional relationships and
build trust with residential clients through transparent and
engaging communication. Go above and beyond to actively engage
business clients and understand their needs. Inform clients about
the latest promotional offers and help them identify suitable
deals. Proactively identify and address customer needs and
concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and document all
interactions. Work alongside fellow AT&T Customer Service
Representatives and higher management to constantly improve
customer experience.
