active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract physical therapy
position is available in a school setting located in Lynn, MA. This
role offers the opportunity to work closely with students,
supporting their physical rehabilitation and development within an
educational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience
and skills in pediatric physical therapy, particularly within
schools. Key Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy services
to students with various physical disabilities or developmental
challenges. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
each students needs. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other school staff to support student progress. - Document and
track student progress in compliance with school and state
regulations. - Participate in school team meetings and contribute
to individualized education program (IEP) discussions.
Qualifications: - Valid physical therapy license in the state of
Massachusetts. - Experience working in school-based physical
therapy preferred. - Strong understanding of pediatric
developmental milestones and physical therapy techniques. -
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage
caseload efficiently in a contract position. Location: - Lynn,
