Job Overview: The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. Shift & Schedule: D2 Friday, Saturday, Sunday ; Alternating Thur. 6:00AM-6:15PM What you will do: - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment. - Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, - Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise - Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system. - Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition - Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs - Assist other maintenance technicians as required - Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices. - Performs other duties as assigned - Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures - Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas - Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills Total Rewards: - Pay starting at $33.99 per hour.
