Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with ample overtime. What
You'll Do Install and service HVAC/R systems, including boilers,
furnaces, heat pumps, splits, and ductless units. Fabricate
distribution/control systems with code compliance and detail.
Deliver professional installations and communicate effectively with
clients and team. What You Bring 5 years recent HVAC/R installation
experience, including lead roles (independent or with helpers) in
residential/light commercial work. Expertise with manufacturers
like Carrier, Trane, Lennox; thermostats (smart/programmable) ;
duct fabrication; boiler installs/repairs; refrigerant piping;
brazing/soldering; wiring/blueprints. Proficiency in sheet metal
tools (e.g., snips, brakes) and hand tools like crescent wrenches.
Autonomy in stock ordering, billing/paperwork, and safety-focused
problem-solving. EPA Type 1, 2, or 3 Certification (required).
