REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
8+ years relevant Program/Project Management experience; driving
execution of large complex projects
2+ years experience with delivering projects involving financial
services products, preferably asset and wealth management products,
processes (e.g. Fixed Income, Equity, OTC, Alternatives, Trust
Services, Trade Order Management, Execution Management, CRM,
Onboarding, Financial and Regulatory reporting for Client, OCC
regulators etc.) and Broker Dealer
The Ideal Qualifications
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management
skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes,
communications and presentations
Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle
Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting and support
tools (e.g. MS project, JIRA, Confluence, Clarity)
Experience with managing vendor relationships
Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management,
coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams
Ability to assess a project's scope and the team's ability to
execute
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organization
Strong organization skills and detail oriented
PM Certification (PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master)

The Opportunity
The Wealth and Distribution Technology team is seeking an
experienced project manager to lead projects supporting our career
agency system. In this role you will be responsible for planning,
day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of
projects often of varying scope that involve teams across the
enterprise. Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and
controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure
on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget. Work
independently and apply project management knowledge, skills, tools
and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications,
and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and
expectations. Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to
Financial use of different delivery methodologies, standards, and
tools.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams during all phases of the development life cycle
including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build,
pilot, implementation and continuous service
Develop project plans, manage, monitor and report on all project
tasks, activities, expectations, controls and deliverables
Supply accurate project estimates and tightly manage project
budget, approved funding, forecasts and actuals
Secure and maintain project resources and actively manage resource
plans
Work with architects, developers, and others to plan, develop and
document scope of work, and manage the execution of
projects/product changes in response to requirements from
stakeholders
Remain focused on big picture and prioritize competing
responsibilities
Gain recognition as a trusted advisor with customers and
stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Listen and effectively communicate with clarity, precision and
transparency
Naturally lead and command authority; influence and inspire across
a matrixed organization (i.e. without control or positional
authority)
Anticipate and head off problems that can jeopardize delivery,
budget or customer acceptance
