trust daily.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior API Product Manager to
join our Product team. This role involves architecting and leading
transformative API integration solutions to unlock new value within
the retirement investment data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will
blend technical API expertise with strategic vision to streamline
complex financial data flows, creating seamless and valuable
experiences for advisors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams
is essential to deliver products that enhance advisor capabilities
and meet business goals.LocationThis position is based in our
Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid work model with 4 days
onsite and 1 day remote.Note: Visa sponsorship or transfer is not
available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
without sponsorship.Responsibilities
- Architect and drive strategy for unlocking new value within the
retirement investment data chain through advanced API
integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and internal teams
to prioritize and deliver exceptional product experiences that
solve complex data integration challenges.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market research, and data
to inform strategic product decisions and identify new
opportunities.
- Use a data-driven approach to guide product development and
prioritization, establishing relevant metrics.
- Lead the full product lifecycle for data integration
initiatives, from conception to market adoption.
- Promote API best practices and data governance standards
organization-wide.Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience, especially with
API-focused products, ideally in Fintech or SaaS.
- Successful track record delivering complex integration projects
with external partners.
- Deep understanding of API architecture, data systems, and best
practices in financial services.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and translating
user needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and
technical strategies.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience
in cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in fintech or wealth management is highly
preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing
multiple initiatives.
