Job Description:
This position provides supervised professional nursing care to
clinic patients, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure
quality treatment.
Performs general nursing tasks, administers treatments, and
prepares equipment.
Observes and reports patient conditions, manages appointment flow,
and greets patients.
Obtains patient history, vital signs, and prepares patients for
exams.
Performs various procedures such as specimen collection, wound
care, medication administration, and patient teaching, following
proper training and protocols.
Coordinates testing, admissions, and transfers, maintains accurate
records, and ensures exam room readiness.
Responds to calls, manages prescriptions, and updates patient care
plans.
Maintains confidentiality, follows policies, and participates in
professional development.
Requires LVN license, BLS certification, and full-time
availability.
