We're seeking fellowship-trained, board-certified Critical Care Physicians to provide expert-level coverage in a fully staffed, closed ICU and PCU environment. Hospital & ICU Overview Facility Size: 250-Bed Regional Medical Center ICU & PCU Capacity: 18 ICU Beds 12 PCU Beds Average Census: 20s (shared between medical and surgical ICU) Coverage Model: Day: 2 Intensivists 1 APC Night: APCs only, with Residents covering in-house Night Call: Intensivist On-Call from Home (In-house response as needed) ICU Status: Closed ICU & PCU Subspecialty Backup: IR, Anesthesia Scheduling Details Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Call Expectation: Home call only – rare in-person responses, resident coverage in-house Available Positions: 5 Full-Time Locum Slots Procedural Scope Required: Thoracentesis, Bronchoscopy, Arterial Lines, Central Lines Optional/Handled by IR: All other invasive procedures Credentialing & Support Standard Credentialing Timeline: 120 Days Emergency Privileges: Available within 30 Days (Clean Files Only) Malpractice Coverage: A-rated, provided by Rhino Medical Travel & Lodging: Full Coverage Available Licensing: Active Massachusetts Medical License & Unrestricted DEA Required Why Rhino Medical?
