Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Middlebury, VT Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description: Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician for a travel locum assignment in Vermont. This role involves providing primary medical care to residents in a long-term care setting. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call and a manageable daily patient census, supported by an experienced onsite APP and nursing team. Job Responsibilities: Provide primary medical care to long-term care facility residents Manage chronic conditions and routine medical needs Collaborate with onsite APP and nursing staff Be available for consultation with APP as needed Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts No call Assignment duration: May through August Skills: Geriatric and long-term care medicine Chronic disease management Team-based care coordination EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred) Strong clinical communication Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Active Vermont medical license or IMLC eligibility Active DEA required Comfortable practicing in a long-term care setting Benefits ??
