Physical Therapist Location: Nashua, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,668 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: New Hampshire State License Certifications: BLS, Graston Certification in Outpatient Physical Therapy Must-Have: EPIC charting experience required. 1 year of outpatient experience preferred. Experience with various physical therapy techniques and equipment. Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience. The therapist must have EPIC charting experience and be oriented by the manager. The role involves assessing patients, developing plans of care, and implementing treatment programs. Candidates should have experience with home exercise programs, patient family education, and various therapeutic techniques. Skills required include pain assessment, strength testing, vital signs monitoring, and discharge planning. The therapist will work with patients recovering from conditions such as ankle sprains, low back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Preferred skills include orthopedics, myofascial release, and concussion rehabilitation. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for patient care.
