You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement nursing standards and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide comprehensive care to patients with a 6:1 patient ratio Collaborate with 2 LNAs, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation Participate in care planning and implementation of nursing standards Work every other weekend and holidays as required Requirements: 3 years of current Med Surg experience EPIC EMR experience highly preferred Charge experience required Previous travel experience preferred New Hampshire RN license or Compact License (must be uploaded with profile) Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Own vehicle required for transportation Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
