Exciting Opportunity for an RN in Medical ICU /n/nJob Description: /n- Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Medical ICU, with the chance to enhance your nursing skills and make a real impact! /n- Position: RN for Medical ICU, with overflow into Neuro /n- Float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4 as needed /n- Flexible scheduling with a minimum of every other weekend required /n- Experience at a large, teaching facility is a must! /n/nRequirements: /n- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications /n- NIHSS certification needed prior to start /n- CCRN certification preferred /n- A minimum of 2 years of unit experience required /n- Proven experience with: /n - IV initiation and management /n - Multiple titrating drips /n - Critical ventilation care /n - Multi-system diseases /n - CRRT, IAPB, ECMO, COVID care /n- EPIC experience within the last 2 years is required and non-negotiable /n- Explain any employment gaps over 90 days /n/nAdditional Information: /n- Monday to Sunday shifts available; no block scheduling /n- All employment history details, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, must be complete for submission /n- Reliable transportation is essential; personal or rental vehicles recommended /n- Ensure vehicles are equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April /n/nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
