An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services to support students in Framingham, MA. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality therapy within an educational environment, helping children improve their functional skills and succeed academically. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practicing in the state of Massachusetts. Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings. Strong understanding of federal and state education regulations related to special education and therapy services. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students. Ability to manage workload efficiently and adapt interventions based on student progress. Location: Framingham, Massachusetts services provided within the local school environment.
