Physical Therapist Location: Springfield, VT Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,252 to $2,321 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT) StartDate: 5/4/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2252.00 - $2321.00 PT - Outpatient needed asap This facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Our Outpatient PT clinics are closed for major holidays. 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need) BLS (AHA) Updated CAQH Required in profile NPI required in Profile Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics. Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required Previous Rehab Experience - Required Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos. CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
