Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Ortho Surgical Med/Surg (Miller 6) Contract Length - 16–32 week assignment Unit Details - Unit: Miller 6 – Ortho Surgical Med/Surg - Floating: Required to float to similar units - Schedule: Monday–Sunday - Weekends: Required (may be more than every other weekend) - Block Scheduling: Not allowed Required Certifications - BLS – Required - NIHSS – Required prior to start ??? Experience Requirements - Minimum 2 years Ortho experience - Recent EPIC experience (within last 2 years) – Non-negotiable - Experience in a large teaching facility required If first travel assignment: - Minimum 4 years strong Med/Surg experience - Ortho experience required - Experience in multiple large teaching / trauma centers preferred Transportation - Public transportation not available - Reliable personal vehicle or rental required - Nov–Apr: Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires Onboarding & Orientation - Bi-weekly Monday orientations - Next available start/orientation: April 20 - Process: IVS ?
