Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Business System Analyst. As a consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. This position may require travel to project locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Experience in Capital markets Domain with Data Analysis, Data Mapping, SQL and Jira. Preferred Qualifications: At least 4-6 Experience in Capital markets Domain with Data Analysis, Data Mapping and Jira. Data mapping skills Manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision. Financial Jira experience. Financial Market Domain knowledge - SQL. Gather business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business users, developers and managers. Develop use cases, functional specifications, and test cases. Ensure test coverage and complete documentation for each software release. Handle release weekend support and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
