Role and Responsibilities Analyze, coordinate and perform hands on maintenance of thermoforming tooling using internal and external resources either in house or at customers Support with start-up of new and existing thermoforming tools in the field Collect and analyze process data and conclude with possible process/tooling optimization Hold training classes in-house for our customers Collaborating with Sales and Service Team at Brueckner Group USA Regular exchange with our tooling hub in Europe(Germany/Netherlands) Participate in new tooling projects Other duties as necessary Requirements: High school diploma in combination with a technical (tooling) apprenticeship or hands-on training Thermoforming process experience preferred Injection molding tool or other tooling experience as an alternative Up to 50% travel required
