Team Overview: We are looking for the right Marketing Program Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Solutions Integrated Marketing team to help us grow faster. We have the enviable task of marketing to marketers - which is an interesting challenge - but one that can be incredibly rewarding. We sit at the nexus of Sales, Marketing and Product to identify, develop and harvest demand for our innovative solutions - all while using Account-Based approached. We collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, Content, Events, Social, Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing Operations to bring our integrated campaigns to life. The Role: You'll need to combine creativity with organizational skills to manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines, as well enjoy building relationships with our extended team. Things happen quickly in our business unit, and to get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who can work cross-functionally and sets/keeps the pace for the entire extended team. You'll be working on brand awareness and demand generation programs including customer acquisition, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, search, events, digital and email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, social and everything in between. This is modern B2B marketing. Essential Key Responsibilities Work with the Director or VP of the team to analyze and review performance to ensure the marketing plan and strategies are being accomplished. Partner with marketing manager to outline high-level business requirements and initiatives and owns the daily management of initiatives along with a cross-functional team Sets expectations and work with team to determine best distribution methods for delivery. Develop plans to optimize the plans results working with the internal teams Interfacing with internal partners to execute campaigns and ensure proper tracking of all campaigns assets. Reports on trends and make suggestion/implements of growth initiatives. Establishes and maintains relationships with each team member that has marketing campaigns needs or input. Acts as the contact point/liaison, while Prioritizes and manages multiple needs/requests. Report to Senior Management on performance of initiatives on a regular basis Education/Experience and Competencies Ideate, execute and report on digital and event campaigns that will create engagement, accelerate conversion and drive pipeline for our business. Develop, manage and track success of these very focused cross-channel campaigns using various tactics including, but not limited to, ad targeting/retargeting, direct mail, owned and 3rd party events, webinars, email and sales development. Demonstrated ability to build relationships within the organization, work and or lead part of a multi-disciplinary and high-performing team Must thrive in fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills-you will be writing your own emails and landing pages, and will be presenting to sales or at industry conferences Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be interacting within a matrixed environment where you will need to lead through influence Experience in MS Office Suite with solid metric and analysis creation and reporting. 2-5+ years of experience in a fast paced, demand/ growth focused B2B marketing organization in one or more of the following areas: ABM, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Field Marketing Prior role where they've had experience in "owning" the problem and business impact Highly organized and able to handle a high volume of programs and priorities An understanding of the sales funnel and focus on driving leads/accounts, MQLs/MQAs, and opportunities Must have an experience in analyzing program performance and marketing attribution, continual optimization for conversion rate increases Bachelors Required, Masters Preferred Dun & Bradstreet is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, genetic information, protected military and veteran status, ancestry, marital status, medical condition (cancer and genetic characteristics) or any other characteristic protected by law.
