As a Senior Solutions Sales Executive at 6RS, you will sell innovative and disruptive solutions transforming fulfillment. This is an opportunity to address the big picture by speaking with executive-level decision-makers about their needs and engaging a team of experts to build an integrated solution to produce significant ROI. Supported by a world-class implementation and solutions team, you will sell into new logos and expand relationships with customers within your assigned territory by understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of 6RS fulfillment solutions.

Develop and execute a process, in partnership with the BDR and marketing teams, to build a sales pipeline of 3x your quarterly sales quota

Drive the sales process across E-Commerce, Retail, and 3rd Party Logistics (3PLs) by identifying and connecting with key executives, influencers, and decision-makers

Understand and be able to explain the value proposition of 6 River Systems solutions from a rental and purchasing perspective

Leverage and drive members of the sales, solutions, deployment, and customer success teams to deliver successful results and deepen relationships throughout the customer lifecycle

About You

Recent and significant (5+ years) experience closing enterprise deals between $250K - $2MM involving hardware, software, and professional services to CEO, CFO, COO, EVP, SVP level executives at the following types of companies: E-commerce, Retail, and 3rd Party Logistics companies.

Ability to ask customers the right questions, listen to what the customer needs, and then partner with solutions designers to present a high-quality proposal based on customer needs

Experience qualifying (in/out) and growing accounts. The company has demand from dozens of many significant, well-known companies and we're looking for someone capable of navigating and growing these accounts. It is less about knowing where to find prospects and more about identifying the right ones, getting the initial close, and growing the base.

Willingness to wear multiple hats - you'll need to be hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves (literally) to do whatever it takes to build revenues

Knowledge of warehouse automation or supply chain preferred

Experience working in a dynamic environment and growing a company from nominal revenues to phenomenal revenues at least once in your career

Travel: The position will require 40-60% travel. Frequent visits to prospect sites and existing customer sites throughout the region.
