Client Solution Coordinator

The Client Solution Coordinator is a key member of the Customer
Integrations and Implementation team and has responsibility for
assisting clients through the technical implementation of one or
more of ZoomInfo's customer-facing solutions. Solutions include but
are not limited to InboxAI, Engage,FormComplete and Enrich. You
will be responsible for helping ensure clients who have access to
some of our more complex solutions get implemented in a timely
Effectively and independently distill and deliver the value
proposition of Zoominfo and its product solutions including
articulating these solutions, integrations, and features over the
phone, video, and email.
Follow up with and stay on top of customers in various stages of
Proactively check in with clients who have been implemented to
ensure integration solutions are continuing to prove valuable.
Provide Demos to clients interested in our Integration Solution
but are unfamiliar with the product.
Follow up daily with clients who have become unresponsive during
implementation, with the goal of getting them back on track.
Provide daily reports and updates of current implementation
status for accounts including number of outreach attempts and any
Document reasons clients are choosing not to implement for
future product improvement.
Schedule Initial Kickoff call for customers with their assigned
- Performs a wide variety of professional tasks, which demand a
high level of creativity and imagination, as well as a thorough
knowledge of the applicable needs and expectations of
- BA/BS Degree
- At least 1 year experience in sales or account management
- Experience with CRM tools with preference given to candidates
with Salesforce experience.
- Ability to analyze customer concerns and identify education and
growth opportunities within an account
- Team focused with strong collaboration and communication
