Junior Software Developer

Our client that was recently ranked a Top 100 Global Innovator
in the data solutions space is seeking a Junior Fullstack Developer
to join one of their leading core product teams. With their
engineering team headquartered in Waltham, MA this company is a
leading creator of storage products for a range of global
customers. This role will be at the forefront in executing on the
creation of the crown jewel of their product portfolio.
On a day-to-day basis this person will be supporting the product
evolution of a storage product that is comparable to that of Amazon
S3 for on premise and can also be run in the cloud. This product
will serve as the next generation to their already successful
strategic software product and is projected in the next year to
rank in the company's product line as THE object storage solution.
Every day will be spent writing code for new releases, working on
prototyping, functionality, design, and doing code reviews. This
role is primarily works in a Java and Angular tech stack but is
always open to using the best technologies depending on the release
and a home-grown database. The product team in total is comprised
of 22 members but they typically operate under an agile methodology
in scrum teams of 6-8 engineers.

Prior experience in a software engineering internship or
professional experience as a software engineer
0-3 years experience of hands-on experience in software
Experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages (Java highly
Excellent written and verbal communication
Eager to learn and ability to adapt to a wide variety of
BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering
