We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to drive our Private Equity strategy and enable GenAI adoption across the organization. This role blends strategic AI advisory with hands-on technical development, offering a unique chance to impact deal-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.Key Responsibilities Include:

• AI Advisory & Enablement:Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering deal teams and strategic employees with AI insights and practical applications. Lead interactive workshops and training sessions to demystify tools like ChatGPT, custom GPTs, and enterprise-grade models.
• Solutions Engineering & Development:Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure AI models and automation workflows. Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI and LLMs to continuously drive improvements and innovation.
• Sales & Relationship Management:Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by communicating the value of AI solutions to executive decision-makers while fostering collaboration with engineers and external partners.Who You Are:

• A strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and AI infrastructure.
• Experienced in developing and deploying LLMs and AI-powered applications.
• A strong communicator with client-facing and advisory skills, comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
