• Review project specifications and blueprints to understand requirements.
• Conduct on-site assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Utilize estimation software to prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Assist in project budgeting and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.Drywall Estimator Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a drywall estimator in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
