Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with current
policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing
tailored advice. Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls -
addressing questions and offering solutions. Policy Customization:
Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of
each client. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance
client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients
to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes
in the insurance industry to provide informed advice. Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
Sales-oriented mindset, driven and ambitious personality.
Passionate about customer service and building lasting
relationships. Ability to maintain a daily commitment to success.
Prior experience within an Allstate agency is highly preferred, but
not required. Must currently hold a valid Property/Casualty
license.
